ECOOP II: tournament preview

After the success of the first European Championships of Online Poker (ECOOP) in 2007 the iPoker network based tournament returns with a huge 10-day festival of poker beginning on May 23rd with a $3,600,000 guaranteed prize fund to crown Europe's finest online poker player.

This unique festival will comprise of daily tournaments of differing types of game and buy in amounts each with a guaranteed prize pool in excess of $100,000 and a highly sought after ECOOP championship bracelet on offer culminating in the $1,500,000 guaranteed tournament on June 1.

The iPoker network hosts many different online poker rooms, including Paddy Power Poker, Titan Poker, VC Poker, Bet365 poker, BetFred poker, Blue Square poker and you will find all the tournaments on these sites, as well as the many satellites that you can play for a small buy-in but could get you entry into the daily ECOOP main events.

There will also be a championship leaderboard over the course of the ten events and those elite players who make the top 100 in the overall leader board will battle it out in a freeroll for another $50,000, a ECOOP bracelet and the exclusive title of The European Champion of Online Poker.
