Finnvasion Forewarned at Paddy Power Poker

This May Finnish poker players will be clashing with their Irish bretherern in Dublin as the paddypowerpoker.com Finnvasion takes place on May 17th. This is going to be a sixty person event with an $18,000 prize pool, and these two groups of poker lovers are going to battle it out for cash and national pride.

Two teams of 30 players, made up of online qualifiers, will clash at the Finnvasion, each captained by a poker pro from their respective country.

Online satellites at Paddy Power Poker start TODAY, January 13th, and will run every Sunday at 8pm. The event will be a $15 Rebuy and the prize will be a $320 buy-in to the live Finnvasion final.

This event is being held in partnership with Poker Magazine Finland and Poker–lehti, which will be putting together the Finn side of the Finnvasion.
