Online poker room Titan Poker has decided to double the guarantee on their weekly online poker event. Tomorrow Titan poker is guaranteeing $200,000 will be paid out to the players who buy in—even if there are not enough players to cover the tab.

When here is a guarantee like this the poker room typically knows there will be enough players to buy in and cover the guarantee. Sometimes they are wrong, however, and have to fork over whatever shortfall there is to make the guarantee good, or risk losing business.
