The EPT in San Remo has reached the final stages and, with three hours of play in the books, Liv Boeree is still in the hunt for her first EPT title with only three players remaining.
Boeree started the day with an average stack. After three days of grinding the Maxim magazine pin-up has found herself in a great position. Liv is in 2nd place right now, as we go to press, not far behind the long time chip leader Jakob Carlsson.
Earlier today we lost Michael Piper in 4th place. Piper is a London based professional with some good results under his belt. None will better his 4th place here, though, worth an impressive €345,000.
All eyes are on the first place prize right now. €1,250,000 awaits the winner. The chip counts as of 16:20 GMT are:
Jakob Carlsson - 19345000
Liv Boeree - 10450000
Toni Pettersson - 7485000
