Paul Kerr from Bothwell in Scotland is looking to land Britain's sixth bracelet of the 2010 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas as the $10,000 No Limit Hold'em Championship Main Event got underway earlier today.
He currently sits third in chips of the four remaining players in Event #54: $1,000 No Limit Hold'em.
David Peters sits in chip lead, with Marcel Vonk and Nathan Jessen in second and fourth respectively. All are looking to take down the first place prize of $570,960.
Whatever happens, Kerr is guaranteed a payout of at least $186,818 on the fourth and final day of the event.
Let's hope he shows more grit than Andy Murray and powers through to victory.
With the chip counts so close between him, Jessen and Vonk anything could happen as the fireworks explode over in the main event.
